Although KATZ & LOPEZ favors the extra judicial settlement of disputes, the firm is experienced in litigation in the areas of Civil, Commercial, Family, Child and Juvenile Law, as well as in Telecommunication and Labor matters.

As a rule, the firm is prepared to represent the client in judicial procedures related to the activity being counseled or supervised. As an example, the firm will represent the client in case of claim resulting from the termination of the labor relation with a worker, will suit against the conunter for breach agreement, will request the eviction of a tenant for overdue rent, etc.
