In order to keep you updated on the national situation with the appearance of COVID-19, we would like to inform you that, the Ministry of Health (MINSA) informs citizens that as of Monday, March 23, 2020, the hours for public offices will be 8:00 a.m. up to 12:00 m.
For his part, the Supreme Court of Justice maintains the suspension of the judicial terms, from Monday, March 16 to Thursday, April 9, 2020, and order the suspension of work in the judicial and administrative offices, from the day Monday, March 23, 2020 and until Thursday, April 9, 2020, in order not to stop the administration of justice, it issues certain exceptions such as the Accusatory Criminal System, the judicial offices that must be aware of the actions of Hábeas Corpus and Amparos de Garantías Constitucionales, in first and second instance, among others.
